The Agent Bicana High/collision Specialist not only took care of my totaled out nissian Altima 2014, she went above an beyond to make sure I had a car to drive while my insurance company figured if they were going to total my car, I was missing Gap insurance, do to the fact my policy was done back in n 2015 in DC it had an error, her customer service skills "solution to a problem, are above an beyond, she is outstanding, she made sure that I left Midway with a car, because of her I am driving in 2017 Nissan Altima today, I owe her bid time, she is the employee of the Year, YES!!!

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to have my Nissan Sentra in for body work from an accident. But both times the guys have done an awesome job. You can't even tell I was in an accident. I love the work they do and I appreciate the courteous service. Wayne was great to work with and kept me informed of the status. If there was a problem with anything, he was quick to call me. Thank you for all the work and care you took of my car.
