The work is good, no complaints. I know we sign the papers, but I would still expect people to maintain their decorum, I left some stuff in my trunk (yes they were not valuables, but, still) which were opened and its obvious someone checked what they are. Also delivery time should be clear, the lady sitting there answers the call and says that she has no idea when the car will be ready. Says, oh if someone said, 430, come at 430. But makes me wait for 45 mins

Steve was so generous to offer our family a loaner car at no charge. He was very communicative and answer all my questions thoroughly. regarding rental vehicles , both my wife and myself were contacted about what type of rental vehicle was needed . Both my wife and myself were ignored . We both requested a car not a large SUV . What did we get ? A full size 4 door truck . This is not a huge deal , but why bother asking & confirming , only to ignore the answer ?
