Excellent work although we were somewhat disappointed about the amount of time it took to complete the repairs. However, Christina kept us up to date on the status of the repairs and the turnover after the repair was efficient and well done.

My experience with Van Body Shop was great. They are the nicest people and worked very hard to get my car repaired timely even though there were some setbacks. I love all the people at Van.

The collision/body shop at Van Chevy is an experienced dedicated and very personable staff. They take an experience that is usually terrible and they some how manage to make it a very pleasant experience. Christina was with me every step of the way with status updates and emails almost everyday to keep me in the loop. Don, was the man with the plan on the repairs. He did such a great job my mechanic buddies and car friends couldn’t even tell that the car was wrecked. I was so very pleased and happy with the overall work. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicles in for a superb job.

On our 1st visit to Van Chevrolet, Christina Nastasi was very punctional in greeting my husband to assess the damage to our vehiclewhich took place on Sat., June 9. She was very thorough & gave us facts of what would be replaced & repaired on our vehicle. She provided us with a “Preliminary Estimate” Of the parts & labor. She gave us options on bringing our vehicle to the shop for the repair work. She offered to provide us with a loaner car If we needed one. She set up a time for us to bring our vehicle in to make the repairs. She kept us informed of the progress of the repair work. When we arrived to pick the vehicle Christina showed us & explained the work that had been. She was most polite & Gave a very thorough explanation. She asked if we were satisfied & we said MOST DEFINITELY. We appreciate the prompt repair work, & was very impressed with your agent , Christiana.
