My bumper keeps popping out on one side since the day I picked it up. Repairs were told to me to take 4 or 5 days. You kept my vehicle for 10 days and I wasn't applicable for a rental. I won't ever return or recommend your business and the receptionist was a liar.

We are very impressed with the repair and the kindness of the staff! We hesitated to say anything but there was a scratched area on the inside driver door panel and not sure how that would have happened and was going to bring it by to show you. No need to contact me. The only thing that I was unhappy about was the time it took to get the parts. I was initially told 2-5 days, but it was more like three weeks. I was told, when I called to check, that it was a Nissan issue. It might have have been nice to receive a call to let me know rather than my having to call, and if Nissan is difficult to get parts from, a word to that effect at the start would also have been helpful. I do understand Van cannot begin the work until those parts are received. The work on the car was satisfactory otherwise.
