No communication during the repair. Then after the repair I found a loose bolt on one of the underbody panels, I had to listen to the panel rattel for the rest of my 3 hour drive so I could clime under the car and tighten it.

You guys did a great job. The car looks excellent. I did notice, however, two small scratches toward the bottom the window tint on the driver’s window. It’s not a big deal though.

Tyler was a pleasure to work with! He kept me up to date through the whole process and I really appreciated it. Receptionist was not wearing a mask properly as was true of customers in the office. That was troubling to me.
