it is not entirely the fault of the collision center. The service department was involved as well. When I dropped my car off it was to be repaired then taken to the service department for oil change etc. I was called no less than 4 times by Van wanting to know if I had gotten my car picked up and happy with the service. It was at Van the entire time. After my care was repaired, the next night on the way home from work I discovered the sun roof didn’t work. It worked fine before I took it to be repaired. The Collision Center took care of it but it took almost half of the one day a week I have off. Should have been checked before it got clearance to leave the facility the first time.
