My Camry hybrid was towed straight to ToR right after a wreck. Everyone was so very helpful and thoughtful. I was pretty shook up and they very calmly and confidently helped me feel at ease and walked me through the whole process. I was very appreciative and felt comfortable when I got into my rental car to go home.

I have never had a car in for repair with richardson automotive. I was barraged with emails even though I attempted to unsubscribe multiple times. Somehow you managed to lose a customer you didn't even have.
