The experience was positive during the entire process. Everyone listened; they were understanding, patient, and kind. If there seemed to be an obstacle to getting the work started, Ray helped me to problem-solve to eliminate the barriers. The whole team needs to be praised for their positive attitudes and great communication skills. I don't want to come back because I hope to never be in an accident--but if I ever need auto body services for my car--I will go to RIchardson Auto Body--and I've already told my friends that I recommend you! My car looks brand new!!!!!
