Repairs took longer than expected but I guess that comes with the nature of the work, which I can understand. The only thing I was upset about was that the recall that I had scheduled to be done did not get done. I figured since my car was there already it would have been a good opportunity to get it done. I was told it would get done, if you can't hold your word then just say it can't be done.

Alex was awesome to work with. I had an issue with my insurance company giving me different aswers about my claim and made the process very confusing. But Alex was very professional through it all. He was patient, understanding, and very courteous. I really appreciate his outstanding customer service with me & my insurance company. He went above & beyond to make my repair run smoothly and I am very grateful.
