The body shop and Toyota Richardson were Great! Eric was very Awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would take my van to them again without hesitation. Eric made an unpleasant situation much easier. Richardson Chrysler’s Service ****! I will drive extra far to avoid dealing with them again. They do not return calls. They have terrible customer service and are just overall lousy to deal with. I have had several encounters with them and it never gets better.

I have now used Richardson Automotive for my vehicle and would not consider using any other body shop as long as I have a choice. They are very professional and give excellent service. I have dealt with Tommy (for State Farm) several times & he is the best for service.

Craig was very professional, helpful and friendly. He went directly to the insurance co. concerning a deductible which was waived due to the other insurance co claimed their liability.
