Again timeframes were missed. We often had to call and get status versus being proactively notified. ****.5 months is excessive! I know two weeks were spent waiting for a part, but even that should have been discussed/identified earlier in the process. The repair itself looks to have been handled well.

The only minus of the whole ordeal was the poor communication that Tony didn’t do was to call me with updates and when he did left a voicemail mail, I called him back and didn’t return my call promptly, also called me at the last minute to tell me that my truck was ready to get picked up, around ****:45pm...I had call my self earlier that same day and ask if it was ready and the receptionist stated it wasn’t, didn’t check with Tony before given me the answer..So they need to keep front desk updated and them to return calls. The other minus was that body shop repair technicians didn’t cover my floor mats with the paper ones that they normally use, so my floor mats got foot prints that won’t come off due to is paint!????
