MY REAR TIRE NEEDED TO BE REMOVED BUT I HAD TAKEN OUT THE KEY TO REMOVE THE TIRE NUTS. WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK THE TIRE NUT HAD BEEN LEFT OFF AND THE TIRE WAS OVER INFLATED TO 48 PSI. I HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT A CALL TO ME WOULD HAVE ALSO HELP FIX THE PROBLEM. BY THE WAY THE CAR LOOKS GREAT.

My vehicle was left UNCHECKED for rear wheel assembly hub bearings. I told Austin**** to check it. Never did. I wrote it ****/8 when I got it towed to the shop. They only checked my break but didn’t document it. Entered the STOLEN VEHICLE claim as a T Bone. Why? I DONT KNOW. Then when I picked it up a month later I heard noises from the rear and my traction control still doesn’t work. He told me IF ANY problems bring it back. Just to ignore my calls. Tell my ins claim guy it was ONLY my brakes making noise. Again. Lies. I have video of the damage. Also, if it was a “T bone” claim but REALLY a. Stolen vehicle… why wouldn’t you check out the wheels? Hubs? If you wouldn’t raised up the vehicle, they would’ve seen the rear wheels SHAKING loose. I have proof. They also replaced my battery.. again for a stolen theft , why not just jump it. It was a less then a year old battery. I have to retain representation for ins fraud claim now. I had to go to another shop for them to SEE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY! I will post all documentations on websites and let them know this BELOW sub par work. Had my vehicle 32 days and just replaced a door and OEM amp. Thanks for nothing.
