I’ve never had to deal with collision repair, renting a car or working with an insurance company for coverage. David Maus handled everything, making the process as painless as possible, and Melissa communicated consistently and effectively so that I understood the full scope of what was happening with my car. Melissa’s attentiveness helped with making an otherwise stressful and complicated situation easy to handle.
