The whole process takes extremely long time. Waited for almost two weeks for parts, was told that I’ll be called for the updates on parts arrival, but never received any phone calls. Need to call in twice every week to check on updates. Then when finally all the parts arrived, told to wait for another week to drop off my vehicle because of the short of stuff. It took four weeks in total to get the job done

Someone always took time to answer my questions and assist me on visits to the Collision Center. The work was done in a timely fashion and follow through of checking the alignment was performed as well as additional front-end alignment. Driver side rear fender well was not replaced which is causing quarter panel to shake. The bottom of fender well was broken in accident also. I already took vehicle back for bumper not being secured properly and feel I should not have to waste more of my time to bring it back a 3rd time.

I was very happy I had a car to drive after my insurance stopped paying for my rental. They were nice pleasant. I had to take back again due to overspray from painting and I think that is solved. However that same day got the overspray taken care of my car would not start later that evening. The battery cable was very loose and I had been driving for a week or so woth it like that. Had to buy some wrenches as I was hr from home to tighten the battery cable.

They should always check the boxes part that are shipped to miles for the repair as soon as they arrive, to check for damage my parts were not check for flaws till they were ready to do the work and then the second shipment of parts was also damaged strike two// finally third shipment of parts was in good shape and after having my truck for TWO WEEKS the 2 day job was completed and turned out great remember /// check parts for damage as soon as the come in ///
