Rick and the staff were excellent. When I picked up my car, it was actually cleaner and the finish was even better than when I purchase it. I even called the shop and told Rick how impressed and satisfied I was. Great job!!!

First off, it took way too long for the car to be completed. I kept getting different answers from the representative as to what was going on with the car and its status. He consistently claimed that my insurance company was taking their time approving the supplements. I ended up spending more money on rentals than I anticipated. Thankfully the manager, Kevin, help me out with the cost to get my car back. Upon receiving my car back, I noticed that my windshield had been replaced. No one ever notified me as to why the windshield was being replaced. I had a sunshade that was installed on my windshield, that now is missing. I would like to know when someone’s going to replace that for me. My number is ****-****-xxxx

I took my truck in because I hit a tree with my passenger door it bent the door and was also bent in side on the bottom of the door. Looked really bad. When I brought it in. When I got it back it looked like it had never been in an accident. They did an amazing job. The guy rick took very good care of me let me know when it would be done and gave me updates throughout the whole process. He is awesome.

Great service and personal care-from Rick Garner. Rick kept me updated on a daily bases. Rick is an asset to Town East Ford. I would refer and return to town East Ford, hopefully not for vehicle accident repair. Your entire staff was very friendly and helpful during a time that Is stressful.
