Our Collision Estimator Billy **** went beyond helpful, he called to let us know our car was ready ahead of time. The e.mails kept us informed. We both work at Cracker Barrel and will be giving Town East Ford a thumbs up to our customers. Thanks!! good service is hard to find

One employee in particular went the extra mile to ensure my auto was looking great. David McDermott. Everyone was very nice and professional he however stood out. Service was great and I would recommend them to family and friends. Awesome job thanks.

Zane **** was awesome and really took care of me. He was very good at keeping me posted! Kevin the bodyshop manager didn't take of me though. He refused to honor my 10% discount i received in the mail from Town East Ford. I spoke with Farle my salesrep and Jason O Donnell and they told me that it should not be a problem. I went to visit with Farle and Jason while they repaired my truck.
