I was very pleased with the service that I received. It took less time to repair my car at Town East Ford Collision then it does other repair shops. Not only was my car repaired but the inside was cleaned and vacuumed as well. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend or return to this location in the future.

Thanks for the repairs! Besides some big globs black goo on the hood of my car near the headlight that was replaced and the person who went apeshit with the squares of the worst smell on the planet, my car looks pretty good from what I could tell.
The 8 squares of disgusting smelly whatever it was should have not been in my car. It was so overpowering that I ended up with a migrain and a nose bleed. I am not sure if I found them all and threw them out yet, but so far I have tossed out 8 of the nasty things. I cannot get rid of that God awful smell!
Note: some people are extremely sensitive or allergic. Maybe asking first would be better.
