Zane provided the best service from any body shop ever been too. When insurance company tried to BS me on the aftermarket hitch, he fought them himself to get it right. When they wanted a used turning signal mirror, he fought them to put it back to like new condition and get the part from Ford instead. He emailed me at each part of the process and completed repairs under expected completion time. I wish I could have a Zane in all parts of my life to get things done thoroughly, done right and with clear communication!

The ladies working the front desk were extremely friendly and very helpful. David did a great job assessing our car and giving us an accurate time that it would be repaired. The drop off and pickup process was quick and easy. We will continue to use Town East Ford for our repairs and we will recommend them to our friends!
