I felt very comfortable leaving my truck for repairs. Everyone was very professional, prompt to respond and I felt like they had a clear understanding of what I expected and they worked with the insurance company to make sure all that needed to be done was done. I give them 5 stars!! My truck looks brand new and I am very happy.

The battery died on me twice. It didn’t have any problems before dropping it off. I was stranded at the gas station with my son and now at home once I was able to get a jump. I wasn’t told it was weak until I picked it up.

I was very pleased at how quickly everything was handled. Once the I contacted the collision department they immediately had the car towed and the next day I came in and signed paperwork for the work to be done. I was updated frequently via my edress about the status of the work. I was given the date for completion but as the work was being done they updated me on the new date of completion which was a week early! Everything was professionally and courteously handled. I will definitely let friends and family know how well I was treated at Town East Ford collision department. Thank you CYNTHIA N
