The collision center service from the staff was excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the repair and the extra cleaning/detailing/washing of the car. Hector was very helpful and professional in assisting me with getting the vehicle repaired quickly and going over the top by setting me up with a rental. I have always been impressed by town east Ford and will bring my vehicle back in the future, as well as tell other Ford owners of the great service here.

I am concerned about the proper repair of my vehicle. Once I left the shop parts flew off of my car onto the highway the parts seem to have been glued on. Now I am concerned that other parts were Improperly installed.
