This is the 3rd time I have had my car repaired here. As always, professional, courteous, and spot on! Thank you for another job well done.

Almost everything went well. The black horizontal trim piece looks much nicer - job well done. The nose which was replaced and now repainted looks nice. The hood itself was repainted and it looks like someone just quick sanded and painted it. There is a bubble and 2-3 prior paint chips covered in paint which are small depressions. I guess If I had done the job myself, I would have at least done a little prep and filled the paint chip holes with something (e.g. tiny amount of bondo or filler) and then light sanded it and THEN painted it. That wouldn’t have taken much time at all and it would have looked much better than it does now. I thought that was what was going to be done for the $1100 cost. I had also asked to patch the paint chip ding on the right top bumper adjacent to the hood but it wasn’t done. This time I left the car there for a week so there would be plenty of time. Now, in 2-3 weeks I’m supposed to put 3M plastic over this work :(

When picking my car up know one double checked anything the car was dirty in side and damage that wasn't their before. I'm not sure what happened. You need to walk through with the customer before and after,just to make sure things are completed and done properly I am disappointed because flagship was rated well. Connie E
