Day to day email updates and phone calls kept us out of the dark and fully confident that our car wasn't just sitting there. It let us know that there was progress on it everyday and it was very reassuring. Had it back for one day so far, and so far so good. Body work and engine seem fine, and car looks brand new. I found your facilities very clean, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the work was done in a timely manner and I actually got my car back a day earlier than expected. I like that they sent continuous email updates as to the status of my repair. Overall I am extremely pleased.

Don't change the estimate after you give us one.I wasn't home yet from your place and had a message to call your place so they could add to the estimate did not like that.You did the same thing to my friend he didn't care he had insurance I didn't. Just be honest.
