The work on the vehicle was well done, and I appreciate that. But the customer service was not the greatest. Freddy was exceptional but when I received a text kn Thursday June28th stating the car will be ready 07/01. I called and spoke with Joanne two times, 8:30am and 3:30pm. Both times she assured me the car will be ready by 5pm. I left work early to pick it up to the. be told the car isn't ready. Joanne advised me car was gettjn detailed when I called at 3:30pm and told her is she sure because I'm leaving work to get it, she said yes. But that wasn't the case. I missed out on 4hours of wages, and also doesn't look too professional since I work at a pharmacy. Again, the quality of work was good. I just felt like people should be more responsible when delivering information. Also, the number put on my car was used. I would've expected new car parts .

My only recommendation is don't allow customers to leave a voice mail if you won't return it. I did and had to call back almost 24 hours later to get service. That was a BAD first impression and nearly lost me as a customer. Thankfully, you fully recovered from there but I'm not going to fib, you had a lot of work to do to make up for it!

I just recently had some minor body repairs and paint done on my 2002 sentra red and when I went to pick up the car and inspect the repairs it was raining and everything looked great. The next day when the rain had stopped I noticed a large area on top of the bumper where it looks like the paint went on too heavy and dripped over and there are large drips going about half way through the top of rear bumber. The bad part of this situation i allready signed the inspection papers stating everything is excellent **** the rain!!!Otherwise everything else looks good.

I had to pay for the car and go to work; the bill was725.47 which we are now disputing. The tires: 215/60R15 are incorrectly billed and not on the car. We should not have to pay for damage covered under warranty. While we appreciate your care and safety, it should not have taken 8 days to fix a tire.

Although the vehicle was repaired quite nicely, someone stole about 4.00 in quarters out of my ashtray and center console. Also their was quite a delay in returning my calls and it took longer then promised.
