David and the team were professional and pleasant to work with. The work done looks good. My biggest concern is Toyota's process when dealing with vehicle issues. There was no single point of contact and communication between departments is lacking.

From the moment Ben Venegas took possession of my vehicle, (I was in good hands), no pun intended. Ben kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. My repair is incomplete. Ben called me and told me that were waiting on one final small piece for my car but it was still drivable so I could pick it up and come back for the piece when they got it in. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I called already and got no response. If the part was paid for, it needs to be put on the car.
