Ed Hammers from Camelback Toyota recommended David Walters from Camelback Collision. David, Duane, Luke and the the receptionist (sorry, I didn't catch her name) were top notch. I was kept in the loop about my repairs. All phone calls were returned promptly and the repairs were done in a timely, professional manner. My Tacoma is like new again and I will recommend Camelback Collision to my friends & family!

I was treated better from start to finish then some stores where they have a sales people that are on commission. Everyone was extremely helpful from start to finish thank you so much for hiring these wonderful people Not only were the exceptionally nice and friendly but they were very knowledgeable also thanks again.

The team was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me. Initially, I was not happy when I test drove the car after I was told it was ready. After the test drive, I believed the car was not fixed properly. They had a couple mechanics and quality control person drive it again. They believed the car was fixed and in need of no further repair. They did, however, tell me that they would take the car to Hyundai for me to have their mechanics look at it. I left the car with them. I called today and was told that another mechanic from Hyundai had stopped by and they asked him to take a look at it. He said the car was fixed and needed nothing further. I was not convinced. Bob could tell I was not pleased so he told me the car would be taken to Hyundai the next day. That evening I asked my husband to come with me so he could test drive the car. I wanted to know if I was wrong and that the car did not need any further work on it. Bob was extremely accommodating, even telling me that if I was not satisfied, they would take it to Hyundai at their cost. My husband drove the car and told me it was fixed and that he did not understand why I believed it was not fixed. I apologized to Bob for my behavior and mistrust in him and his team. He was very kind. I am very happy with how Camelback collision handled the repairs on my car and how they took care of me, too. I will recommend them to others. Thank you.

From start to finish, Camelback Collision has been a top notch; customer service is a priority with you, a very complete and wonderful experience. Duane, Bryan, Eduardo, the girls at the front desk were all there to totally assist me. Your continual updates by text left no doubt in my mind as to what was happening, each stage/step of process was explained... what had been completed. I am so over the top with my experience with your company and I definitely use you again should I have any future unfortunate circumstances. The car itself looks gorgeous! The interior of the car, which I had even joked now I have to go vacuum out the dog fuzz, had been completely cleaned; dog hair, dog nose art work on the windows, dash, seats, carpet ..WOW! I will most definitely recommend Camelback Collision to any of my friends and I am so proud to know that USAA chooses your company to assist fellow members. TOTAL QUALITY! Customer Service 100% You listened. You heard me. My deepest thanks to all.
