While Camelback Collision Center did a good job with the repair of my vehicle, my repair man did not provide sufficient communication on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. Tried calling my repair man multiple times on different days and was never able to get a hold of him. Had to find out from Enterprise rental company that my rental agreement was up so I called Camelback Collision Center to find out my vehicle status. It was then that they informed me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was at 5PM and I live 20+ miles from the repair center. Luckily I had family members who were able to retrieve my vehicle for me. However, I do not appreciate the lack of communication and status updates from Toyota.
