I thought the workmanship was very good. I was kept informed as to progress of repairs on a regular basis. Although my car was promised on Monday, Nov 17, the woman who was keeping me updated was out sick. I called that Monday to find out if my car was ready and did not get a call back. I called the following day to learn that my car was ready. A minor communication problem all things considered.

I had to go way out of my way to take my vehicle to the Collision Center of Peoria; Cornville to Peoria which is almost a 2 hour drive. Your team made me feel very comfortable when I expressed my concerns and they answered all my questions. Everyone was very kind and professional. You have a return customer. However, I pray that I can avoid having to come back LOL. (meaning no collisions.) Thank you all so very much.
