The customer service was perfect. I feel that the color of the bumper does not match the rest of the car after looking at it more. I also noticed some scratches that were never on the car.

Every thing appears to have been repaired as expected. My only suggestion would to have the auto glass company communicate better. My glass was almost not replaced today because someone did not follow up with me to get it approved and the work completed.

Repairs are fine. But, car was sitting around in shop longer than necessary because of volume of wotk at that time. Suggest you call vehicles in closer to time the work will actually be done and then keep online information accurate. Expected completion date online was never in sync with info ftom the shop.
