Scoring my recent experience with you on a ****-10 scale, I would give you 11. When Farmers Insurance was unable to secure a rental car, you offered me the use of a free loaner. Farmers also for some reason was unable to assign the repairs to your shop for 12 days. You understood my frustration at the delay and expedited my repairs and kept me updated on progress. Finally, the repairs were done flawlessly. My car looks great! I would recommend Collision Center of Peoria to anyone. They were a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation.
