Great service. Car looks terrific. Eric provided regular updates on the repair process, and seemed to really care that Van did well for us. The car arrived in Mpls in good shape yesterday. No issues in transport. Good driver. He cared about the service he provided. All good! Thanks very much.

Dear staff: I was 90% satisfied with the repair work. Randy was very accommodating and polite. There are a couple items that were overlooked and I’ll try to adjust to them, - If I have to.. Would I use Van Collision center again? Yes, I would because I understand how our new world works.. 90% is better than 70% elsewhere..Most are not as critical as I, however, I did relate my personality to Randy personally when I granted Van Collision the task to repair my car. We both agreed and thus I got 90%, as mentioned previously.
