The communication was terrible and it took 7 months to repair my truck. I finally got the truck back and now the Transmittion light is on and the truck keeps turning off.

The repair took way too long. You should be sure you have all the parts before you begin. The repair work itself should not take 2 ****/2 weeks.

The service was very good. However, from the first day, the car was placed under a different incorrect name. We requested on multiple occasions at Vans to correct the error. We even talked to our insurance agents to talk to Vans and correct this major issue. Despite multiple attempts at correcting the real owners name, everything including the warranty summary remains in the incorrect names, and not the true owners of the car. Unacceptable. Afterwards, I had to ask Kim to send us a warranty statement with the correct owners names. Very frustrating….our car in some other name. Rather ridiculous and unacceptable. The actual service and staff were outstanding and we appreciate that very much, but this incorrect ownership name really frustrated and subtracted from our experience. Thank you

I’m still waiting on a plastic light lens part that was ordered 3 weeks ago. There are some tape adhesive spots that need to be removed from my mirrors and driver’s side door.

Ivonne in sales was amazing. She kept me posted and was very helpful in setting up everything, After, the sale. She also helped me in getting a second fob. I will definately be using her for more purchases. A sales person that continues to be loyal and attentive after a sale is one to keep. Eric in collision repair was also awesome in pursuing to acquire parts on backup. He also kept me informed. Van Chev was 110% great experience. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job in staffing. The staff listened,questioned if unsure of your thoughts. Advised you you of need to be patient as needed parts were not always available. Kept me in the loop as well well! Management obviously had trained staff well 5ove5 stars
