The repair took much longer to complete than described initially. There was additional work discovered that would have added a couple days, but there were multiple delays because of overwhelming workload in the shop. The work done was very good, and the representative was pleasant to work with.

car looks great and they went above and beyond on the repair. The front desk gal needs some training, not the best help there. Also the car vibrates when its put in reverse, this was not addresses by the shop.

Everything was fine besides the inside of my car smelling like paint. The back and front bumper was fine and the side panel looks great as well
