Delays in parts for repair, delay in windshield replacement, new windshield scratched on inside, glass company had no record of call from Van Collision, insufficient advice from Van's regarding repair progress. You are nice people but previous work you did for us was more efficient.

Randy was very polite in answering my questions since day1 and he also returned all my calls whenever I called him. The estimated timeline was met. The car was clean at the time of handover. I did not drive much after picking up today and hopefully there are not any new issues
