Mislead, vehicle was dirty with something sprayed in the interior. Also the truck was returned to me with a cracked windshield and the windshield was not cracked when prior.

I was completely happy with my experience at Van collision center! Every single person that I dealt with there was not only nice but very professional! Right up to and including the young man that wouldn't let me leave until he made sure the tire pressure what's correct on my car!

The tire replaced was not equal quality to my previous tire, the originally brand was a continental brand and the replaced one was a star fire tire which is not a name brand tire not is the same quality as the one before.

Van Collision was very good at keeping me updated throughout my two month repair project. They also saved me by letting use there loaner car so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a rental car.
