There are swirl marks from buffing and buffing compound on the plastic rails on the top of the bed that will not come off but the paint does match this time

You are a great company!???? Thank you for the repair work. I am missing one of the black plastic covers that push into the underside of the area that was repaired. I think they are to keep water from getting in that area. Any thoughts? **** ****-****-xxxx

They did NIT match the paint and imperfections are on both sides of the bed. Buffing compound was rubbed all over the top of the plastic bed rails and will not come off. Surface scratches were not buffed iut

Though my insurance company ultimately considered my vehicle a "total loss", mitigating any repairs, Pierre Holderied did a great job communicating with me all along the way. Sorry for all his hard work, with no repairs executed. But, he did a great job!

I have Brian **** to thank profusely to expedite my car repair. I was not sure when I would have to return to the Chicago area due my daughter was very pregnant. He pushed forward with the repairs when Progressive Insurance was not cooperating. The work was done perfectly! Thank you, Brian!!!
