Mathew Drate provided me with assistance getting my initial estimate. He was helpful with outlining the process for me, explaining what would happen once I contacted my insurance company to submit the claim. When I dropped off my car on 3/****, I was frustrated to learn that Enterprise had moved my reservation over to the Greenway Hayden Loop location. This required my to be driven over to that location to pick up my rental. During the pandemic I have been very choosy about what I do and don’t do. I did not appreciate that they put me in this position. As for returning the rental, Pierre and Sarah were very helpful with allowing me to drop off at the collision center. Sarah was extremely courteous and informative when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. She’s definitely an asset for Van Collision. Pierre was very helpful when I picked up my vehicle. He allowed me time to look it over and make sure I was satisfied with the condition. I will say that Bryan Kern did not set him up for success because he did not relay all the information to him that Bryan and I had discussed, but Pierre handled everything and got me all set. I appreciate his assistance.
