I was very impressed with the results of the repairs done on my Maxima. Brandon was excellent at communicating any issues that came up during the repair and I never felt like my car was on the backburner. Hopefully I won't need to but I would definitely use Van Collision again.

Randy **** is great unfortunately he is not the one completing the work. When you replaced the rear window the paint was scratched. Also when you tried to remove the over spray from the original job not completely taken care. The problems could not be detected until I washed and wiped down my car in the sun.

The job they completed for us was incomplete. They promised to order the part , and we would pay for the part only and Vans would provide tge labor cost for tge **** item free of charge to an overly inflated bill in the 1st place (we were grossly overcharged and said nothing). To add insult to injury, the assigned technician was rude about the entire situation when we reminded him that he missed the circled damaged bumper piece that he failed to fix. To add further insult to injury, they never called us back to let us know the bumper had come in..that was over a month ago.. The general Mgr and the people at the front desk were nice, although.
