Absolute horrible experience!!! Not only does Tony NOT return phone calls, I had emergency money I kept in my glove compartment stolen. Your company did not complete the work as promised. I have to take even more time off from work to take my car to another body shop!
When asked why the parts needed to complete are not on my car Tony informed me he did not get a chance to inspect my car before giving it back because he was worried about my rental. Had he done his job and called me I could have easily gotten an extension. Instead he rushed the car through and made it out to be my fault he didn’t do his job! The parts were also locked in a technicians toolbox that was off that day. Also my fault I’m sure!!! The absolute worst experience with a body shop I have ever had!

As a customer- I assumed that my insurance company was handling everything..The problem is - you do not talk with the insurance agent in claims - it toke me couple of days to figure out they had 3 claims on the same car - they had pieces of the same claim - after 18 calls I finally got them put the information in one claim. - their inefficiency is not easily caught when you dealing with robo agents passing from one agent to another in different states. I guess what I’m saying is- I needed “A” “One” gent - instead of 20 names of note takers. I appreciate cress for being professional

Unfortunately the guy was working on my paperwork on the front desk ( ..) was not of my 5 stars.
I could rate him ****/5.
He was not responding to my phone calls or my emails.
He was not respectful as well.
The manager ( chris ) was awesome and I can tell he has great experience in business and he take care of the miscommunication had done with the front desk guy (..).

Left car on 10/5 and Never recd call advising status of repairs. I called 3 times to get status and never recd call back. On 10/25 I called again about 9:00 am and was advised repairs were complete and paperwork was in progress and I would be called when I could pick up. I finally called back about 4:00 pm was told I could pick up. Everyone very friendly when I was in the shop but feel customer service could be improved
