I was very disappointed! I had to take my car back in twice for adjustments that should have been corrected in the quality check! Additionally there was a problem that the crest service department fixed because the collision people could not.

I had a great experience with Crest Collision. I had two cars damaged by hail, the other being a BMW. Such a huge difference between BMW and you guys. BMW took 6 weeks, would never update me on anything. I would recommend you guys for all repairs! Should have brought the BMW here as well!

Trent did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout the process and made everything stress free for me. I'm happy not having to deal with the insurance company to get a supplement for many things they missed. Love Infiniti and that I could leave my car and know it's in good hands.
