My assumptions are that the long time it took to repair was outside of your control. The communication back and forth was good. I haven't done a super detailed check of the quality of work but superficially looks good. Thanks!

You still have not followed up with us regarding my wife's car that you fixed except the display still isn't working. Kevin has done a terrible job as follow up to get this done. And this app doesn't work either !! Figures
