Staff was very nice and helpful.
The auto reply and the actual texting from the person over the project should be as one. Was more reliable to hear from our specialist over the project than the auto texting. Had to call in to confirm when car was ready for the auto text said it was ready soon and it was far off from real time of being ready.

Very happy with the repairs. I had used another repair shop on our 20113 TL, but was worried when a Tesla rolled out with a two tone red. The bumper was a slightly differ hue than the rest of the car.
We received our car back from Crest and the paint matches perfectly. Door and hood gaps are consistent and we're very happy with Crest.
We will use you again!!!

The only challenge that we really had was the amount of time that the shop had the car. We scheduled the repairs when the workflow was such that it should have moved realtively quickly, but it was a little over two months that we were without the vehicle, creating a one month window where we were paying out of pocket for a rental car. Next time (hopefully there isn't one for the collision center), if there is going to be a longer runway than anticipated to complete the work, that would be good to know up front - expectation management.

Promises on completion changed repeatedly. Expectations were not set as to the timing of repairs. Interior damage caused by crest- now I am inconvenienced again to get it repaired. Having to call to ask about repair status- would never use again

The quality of the repair work appears to be satisfactory. The time to complete the work was totally unacceptable. All I got were almost 2 months of "supply chain/part delivery" excuses. Funny how when I finally got fed up and asked for the required part #, I was able, in less than 10 minutes, to find no less than 12 Genuine Toyota parts available for immediate shipment. I had it in my hands within 5 days and if I hadn't delivered the part to Crest myself, I would probably still be waiting for my car.

Communication was poor. Email sent, but I didn't see it so time in the shop was there an extra week. Service manager should have called when I didn't respond to the email. Service manager said he wood call, but then he only texted.

The color is slightly off and my car is 2 years old. I came to crest because that is where I bought the car from. Plus my car sustained hail damage while at your lot and you were not willing to co er it under your insurance which I know you have. It took 4 weeks for a minor tail light and rear bumper repair and then my car was held hostage until all insurance funding was received. If i would have had it home sooner it would have been in my garage and not sustained any hail damage, which is where the rental car was. Will not be back.

I like the way my car looks. I think you did a good job and I am happy with the glass, I think. However, I felt it took too long to get my car back. Two months is too long.
