Overall experience was great. Everyone I worked with was friendly and when I asked questions I was able to get answers. The work looks great. The only issue I have is that I specifically mentioned that the trunk started sticking after the accident. It worked flawlessly prior to the accident. It seems like the part of the body where the trunk lid meets the bumper was not completely aligned and the trunk lid still sticks rather than popping open as it should. Before the accident, I could still open the lid with both my hands full. Now I need to use at least one hand to fully open the trunk. That is the only issue I had. Other than that, I think the work and communication were great. Thanks, James P
