Car looked fine. However, it failed inspection because emissions codes were cleared by Volvo repair. I had to drive the car a couple of days, take it in for an inspection AGAIN, before it would PASS. This was an unnecessary trip for me that could have been avoided if Volvo had completed their work properly.

When I dropped my car off, I called the next day and was told the supplemental estimate would be sent that day or the next. It wasn’t sent until a week later. Made the process play out significantly longer. Other than that, the employees were great and the vehicle repair was great.
