I liked that we were communicated regularly and the expectations were clearly communicated regarding the scheduling, etc. Also being able to return the rental car there saved us hassle!

The little factory mud gaurd was hanging on by **** screw when I got home 6 minutes later. The gasket that goes around the hatch and bumper is torn and it was before.
