I have to come back because I was calling too early to pick up my car. They had a part on the side mirror of my car that needs to be added. The cover to the side mirror was still in the painting stage. They said to return the next day to have them pop on the cover to the side driver mirror, I will be there in the morning (3/22/19).

My car was dropped off on Feb. 22 and I did not get it back until Mar. 19. The communication was not good at all, no explanations at all. My estimated pick up time kept getting pushed back and pack.

My repair team has done a wonderful job. My CX-9 looks great and the repair was done with care and professionalism. I especially love that I was kept informed throughout the repair process conveniently via text message. Special thank you to Jeff who took the time to address an issue with non-payment of the insurance company for the rental car that I had during this time. He went above and beyond to resolve this for me in the limited time that I was given before having to pay the rental fees myself. Thank you everyone. Well deserved 10!

Happy with the work that was done but I thought it took way to long to get it done. When I dropped it off I was told about 3 weeks to get it done and it took almost 7 weeks to get it done. But on the good side, the work looks good and I am happy with that. In the long run I guess it is better waiting and having it done right than rushing through it and getting back a poor job. So Happy with that.
