Once Amanda W. took over my claim I was at a piece of mind multiple updates every week and just a wonderful person! When the car was finished it was like nothing had happened thanks a lot. That guy Jim tho that’s another story but still overall completely satisfied.

Honestly the worst service we had. Truthfully will not be coming back. And Santiago was the worst. Had a different mechanic fix my vehicle for halve the price, and not to mention he wasted my time. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

****. Amanda’s communication of the status of my repair was very poor. I have been advised by Farmers that you use some sort of software to send these status reports out in a manner that makes it look like a real person is doing it. If this is so, I strongly advise that you discontinue its use. 2. Amanda completely dropped the **** on the needed repairs to my car’s undercarriage. She was clearly told about it when I dropped off the car, and I only discovered that it was being ignored when I asked about it just prior to picking up the car. It still has not been fixed, and I have not been told when it might be. I was told parts were ordered. 3. Staff did not follow up with calls they promised to make when questions were asked that they couldn’t answer immediately. 4. The repairs to my rear bumper/receiver hitch opening were not made to the same standard that Joe Meyers had used to install that receiver hitch two weeks before my accident. No contact with me has yet been made regarding whether anything will be done. I was told that the Collision group would talk to the service department who had installed the hitch and get back to me. Crickets. No, I wasn’t satisfied with my experience. The repairs that were done, except for the bumper opening for the receiver hitch, wer done well, but it took nearly a month.

Yes my appraiser was Jim Sevilla. He was very professional and very understanding with what I was going through. I was hit in my apartment complex parking lot, I had to deal with the insurance company for the guy whom hit me. I had the hardest time dealing with them. I was the one who called Joe Myers collision, I was the one who got the car towed. Joe helped to reassure me that I didn't need to deal with them. He put my mind at ease. He also kept me informed about what was going on with my car. I was very happy when I picked up my car. Thank you to Joe Myers ford for getting me back on the road.
