I had significant damage to the tail gate, bumper and quarter panel on my 4 Runner. I took the vehicle in last Friday morning and asked if the repairs could be completed by the following Thursday as I was leaving on vacation and needed to have my vehicle. Most companies would have not committed to getting the work done. Your team, led my the Director, spent the time to research the availability of parts, review their schedule and committed to having the truck done by Thursday. To my surprise I received a call from Irene on Monday afternoon notifying me that my repairs were complete and that I could pick up my vehicle that afternoon. Not only did they outperform their commitment, they saved me money on my rental car. This type of effort, and commitment, by your team to determine what can be done versus most companies unwillingness to make a commitment is what sets your team apart from their competitors. It is definitely a "can do" versus a "can't do" attitude. Thanks Mike and Team

My vehicle is back in the shop with paint issues. This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had. Felt like this issue was not a priority at all and only heard excuses and no good results.

Friday Nov 23 we went to pick up our car and upon arrival we were the only ones in the pick area/office, as we were being checked in and waiting approximately 3 other customers arrived to pick up their vehicles as well. Well you would think that we would be helped 1st..... Nope we were done checking in and were waiting for our car to be brought up to look over it and see if all was ok to pick it up..... not only were we the 1st ones to arrive and the last to be inspecting the car, the car was all wet and we really couldn’t get a good look. By the time we returned home we noticed an area on the roof at door connection. We returned right away to the shop to get the over spray buffed out....
Had we of been seen in the order of arrival to body shop we would not have been so mad... your body shop employees need a lesson in courtesy and how to do 1st come 1st served.... very disappointed

I had a good experience, but I can’t say I was completely satisfied.
My vehicle pulls heavily to the right. I would be sure that vehicles that were involved with collisions had an appropriate alignment done.
Secondly, I had requested in writing that my blinkers be checked while my truck was held for nearly 2 weeks. Upon arriving, I checked immediately and they still didn’t work correctly. (They blink at irregular speeds possibly due to a short). I was told I could bring my truck back next Tuesday when a mechanic would be back on duty. As a customer, you don’t want to have to bring your vehicle back after it being in the shop that long.

Always have done a great job. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to have the front bumper replaced. The 1st time the bumper kept coming undone on the sides. Yall made sure this time is was on nice and tight this time.

The work was good, but the communication could have been better. I liked the text updates but they were not utilized well. I called several times and did not get called back. I was also given wrong information about where to pick up my car.

CRS,was very good but the time frame for the car to be done was over 35 days,I would like an answer about delivery the car when was complete on Friday 09/21/2018,and Abby said the car out of paint I get a call at 3:00 pm on Monday 9/24/2018, saying the car is ready,TOO many open questions and no answers
