It was a relief to have KK deal with the insurance to make sure that my vehicle was fixed properly. Thank you for returning my vehicle not only repaired but clean. the actual repair job was done great, but my car battery was dead the next morning and there was a 4 inch scratch on opposite side, front fender down to the metal that was not there before

First, Randy V. did a great job explaining the process and the best way to repair the vehicle. He is confident and a very knowledgeable person about vehicle repair. I was completely impressed with my experience with him, because of that I will ask for him at your office if I ever need anything in the future. The office manager was very helpful too.
