The lady who answered the phone had no idea what was going on on several different things. I was told it would be completed in **** day and it actually took 4. Noone kept me informed of the status.

As I stated on my survey I was very satisfied with the work. There was a small spot missed and I called about it and I was told to stop by and let them see it. I plan to do this. I have gotten compliments on how good my car looks. My family and some friends saw it before it was repaired. Thank you
