The company did a great job fixing my car where it was scratched and dented! They kept me up to date with what they were going to have to do and with the cost of it and kept me up to date on when I could expect the car to be done. I was leaving for vacation and planned to take my car, so I let them know this, and they pushed to make sure I got it back on time so that I could still take my care. Everyone was really kind that I talked to at the facility and that I talked to on the phone. I will definitely be bringing my car back to the Collision Center if I end up needing something else fixed on my car.

Since repair on my car, I’ve had numerous problems linked to the repair done by this company. My battery was allowed to die, my washer fluid casing was broken, I had to return 3 separate times, the car would not start upon arrival to pick it up the final time, the female manager was incredibly rude when she thinks customers can’t hear anything, and the list goes on. It was done half **** by folks who obviously don’t know what they’re doing. I’d hire some better techs who are worth their salary.

Ourcar was finished on time. From start to finish, the staff was amazing! Car looks brand new! The staff did a marvelous job handling the insurance claim from start to finish! Joy was wonderful and kept us well informed through the whole repair process! Highly recommend!

They said they fixed the trim on the right side by putting new clips that was not fixed also wiring on the back bumper they broke a wire and did not fix so the left rear lower tail light was not working I had to repair it myself

They did a great job getting my car fixed and ready for me and the time crunch i was in. I was very happy and will recommend anyone that needs work done to go there. Thank you to all those that handled my repair from beginning to end. The lady in the office (jackie???) was a trooper!!!
